AUTOMATED INFORMATION SYSTEM — THE BASIS FOR IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT OF THE FIRM
Abstract
The article is devoted to the design and implementation of an automated information system in the company’s sales department. In the article one of the special cases of storage and processing of information at the enterprise is considered, namely automation of the enterprise activity in the sales department.
Analysis of the main aspects of the sales department of the engineering center “VITOTEH” allowed to design and develop an information system for the automation of the sales department of the center. The information system includes a database and a web application for automating the work of department this, which isable to automate the processes of order management of engineering equipment and other business processes.
