ETHNIC AND RESTORATIVE JUSTICE IN THE STRUCTURE AND MODELS OF THE RUSSIAN PEOPLE

Abstract

Russian people - not a nation, not an ethnic group, but a Russian cultural and historical type that includes 13 super-ethnoses containing a unique set of ethnoses in each, and super-ethnoses correspond to 13 economic regions-the Center, agro-industrial Center, North-West North Caucasus, Volga-Vyatka (Marie, Chuvashia, Mordovia, Kirov region and Nizhny Novgorod region), Volga region, Ural, Eastern Siberia, Western Siberia, far East, Kaliningrad enclave, Crimea. These superethnoi in relation to compatibility, vyvodyaschy, repetition and contradictions form the Russian cultural - historical type, consisting of two hyperideal Europe (to the Urals) and Asiatic (In the Urals), having in the basis of five racial population of substrates – Turks-Iranian Alans, Ugro-Finn, Eurasians, Slavs-great Russians –Russians (over 80%). In Eurasia, there is a process of ethnogenesis and the birth of new superethnoses; the process is accompanied by the formation of contradictions, antagonisms of internal and external nature associated with the survival of ethnic groups and superethnoses and will end with a change in the state structure of Russia in the XXI century by 2050. Identity and identification in ethnic groups and the Russian people assumes the identity and identification of ethnic groups in 13 superethnos corresponding to economic areas, and their reproductive models. Russian super-ethnic groups will be based on ethnic justice (realization of the rights of ethnic groups (ownership, use, management, capital value, income sufficient for extended reproduction of an ethnic group, security, perpetuity, inheritance, prohibition of harmful use, debt, residual nature, including the right to expanded demographic reproduction in relation to – territory, land, means of production, product, ethnic person, information, ethnic model of upbringing and education of full size) and institutional justice (ethnocorporations, property rectification, property restitution, the share of the ethnos of the GDP of society and economic regions).
