STANDARDIZATION OF SOCIAL SERVICES IN THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN

Abstract

In the Republic of Tajikistan, there are a number of key documents defining the foundations of social services for the population. Among them, it is necessary to highlight the Constitution, the Concept of development of the social services system, Laws on social services, social protection of disabled people, state social insurance, and others. These laws establish citizens' rights to social services in case of difficult life situations and define standards for providing social services. In addition, laws on technical regulation, standardization, and conformity assessment play an important role, including in the field of social services.
