FORENSIC LINGUISTIC EXPERTISE IN CASES OF INSULT (AS EXEMPLIFIED BY PERSONAL FORENSIC EXPERTISE PRACTICE)
Abstract
Basing on the texts of forensic linguistic expertise in cases of insult the article discusses the problems facing the forensic linguist, as well as the need to take into account the extralinguistic situation and pragmatic factors when analyzing the fact of insult.
