The article analyzes the dynamics of functioning of ethno-cultural public associations on the example of the regions of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. It is described in the context of the transformation of the content of such activities from ethnocentrism to public diplomacy. The empirical material for the article is based on facts and observations of regularities in the functioning of specific subjects of the ethnosphere. The main method used in the article is the descriptive method and semiotic modeling techniques. Regularities of transition from the ideals of ethnocentrism at the initial stages of the emergence of independent CIS member states to the goals and objectives of public diplomacy are revealed. Public diplomacy allows to expand the scope of activities of ethno-cultural associations. Such activities are focused on enhancing the positive image of the CIS countries. In addition, it is accompanied by activation in terms of interaction of ethno-cultural actors of public diplomacy.

This article is devoted to the description of the real directions of the development of ethnic cultures in the CIS countries. The description is based on the example of the ethnocultures of one of the regions of the Kyrgyz Republic. The process of cultural development is considered within the framework of the system of culturemes as units of culture. The mixed nature of cultures can also be demonstrated by the example of songs. And here we are not talking about the translation of texts, but specifically about bilingual texts. The concept of "compatriots" is recognized as a differential feature when distinguishing the ways of development of specific ethnic cultures. In the post-Soviet period of the development of ethnic cultures in the CIS, several development trends can be outlined. The primary opposition is based on the difference between ethnic groups that can be considered compatriots relative to the Russian Federation, and ethnic groups that are not counted among them.

The article examines the problem of forming a new macro-identity in the Eurasian region in the context of geopolitical changes and integration processes. The author analyzes the historical, cultural and civilizational prerequisites for the emergence of the idea of Eurasianism and its modern interpretations. THE RUSSIAN WORLD IN THE URBANONYMS OF RUSSIA

The purpose of this work is to study urbanonyms (urban toponyms) of Russia from the point of view of their educational value and the creation of an idea of the Russian world. Using the electronic database "Streets of the same name in Russian cities," the frequency of repeating urbanonyms was traced. Only names with more than 200 repetitions were included in the analysis. There were 76 of them, and their total number exceeded 26 thousand. All such urbanonyms were divided into 6 clusters with the names: revolutionary figures (1); Soviet symbols (2); festive and economic symbols (3); heroes (4); writers, artists and scientists (5); natural navigation (6). The exorbitant saturation of urbanonyms in honor of figures of the revolutionary movement or Soviet symbols is demonstrated. Only 19 streets in Russia bear the name Russkaya (Russian), while Sovetskaya (Soviet) Street is repeated 718 times. Replacing urbanonyms with an outdated ideological shell with names with features of local identity is important for preserving urban heritage, constructing a positive image of a settlement, and creating a favorable environment for its population.

The dynamics of the development of digital culture give rise to new information and communication phenomena that influence the configuration of online and offline interactions. Such phenomena include "echo chambers" and "filter bubbles", which are the subject of this study. The analysis of the essence and operating conditions of these information formations is based on experimental data from Russian and foreign scientists. It is substantiated that the machine mechanisms of personalization of social media stimulate the formation of information bubbles, the communication processes in which have opposite tendencies: towards unification based on common axiological patterns and towards isolation, polarization with other communities based on the principle of negative identification. Factors that reduce the effectiveness of smart algorithms and neural network filters have been identified. On this basis, a conclusion was made about the possibility of going beyond the boundaries of closed "echo communities", and the resource potential of the user is associated with cognitive-psychological and IT-skills.

Climate changes in the Altai mountainous country are considered to be among the most intense and have long-term consequences for the life, health and economic activities of the indigenous peoples. A sociological survey conducted in the mountainous areas of Altai Krai, Altai Republic and Tyva Republic in 2022-2023 (n=2258) showed that the perception of climate risks is heterogeneous, and the ethnic factor correlates with regional natural features of residence. More than one third of the population live in an area with natural risks, more than half of individual ethnic groups face the consequences of natural hazards. Level of adaptation to climate change subjectively has high values, but it is not accompanied by an increase in the level of subjectivity in relation to the management of climate processes.

The three types; clausal, nominal and verbal elliptical sentences from one of the famous American writer E. SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL ADAPTATION OF OLDER ADOLESCENTS WITH DIFFERENT SELF-TRUST

A study was conducted aimed at identifying the connection between socio-psychological adaptation in late adolescence and different levels of self-trust. The study involved 81 adolescent respondents. It was found that in the group of respondents with a low level of self-trust, low indicators of socio-psychological adaptation prevail. Respondents with high self-trust have high rates of socio-psychological adaptation, which simultaneously includes such adaptogenic factors as self-acceptance, self-control, internality, dominance.

An important place in the teaching of the component is also occupied by educational and pedagogical practices in "ethnocultural local history". Carrying out such practices with ethnological content provides students with the opportunity to gain competence in interethnic communication. A number of working training and educational programs have been prepared for the implementation of ethnocultural education for schools. The article presents the experience of popularizing the ethnocultural heritage of the peoples of the Altai Territory through educational ethnoprojects in educational institutions.
