Abstract

The work was performed in the laboratory of biotechnology of agricultural and forest crops of the FSBEIHE Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University. In the experiment on the propagation of grapes in vitro, the varieties ' BChZ'and 'Aleshenkin' have been used. The aim of the work is to investigate the reproduction characteristics of grapes andthe paths of morphogenesis in the culture of apical meristem. It was revealed that the variety 'BChZ' shows the greatestintensity of shoot formation, the variety 'Aleshenkin' has a slight lag. 'Aleshenkin' variety has the most frequent formationof two and more shoots on a single stalk from the bosom. Various morphological formations and abnormalities wereidentified.
