Abstract

In the work, 22 fallows of different ages in the forest-steppe zone of the Irkutsk region were studied. The main stages of vegetation restoration on fallows are revealed. The features of postagrogenic development of different ages fallows have been established. The stages of development of phytocenoses on deposits are determined. It is shown that the postagrogenic succession is directed towards the formation of a pine or pine-birch forest, in some cases towards a settled or real meadow. The development of the fallows at the pioneer stage in the conditions of the region may be inhibited by certain plant species - blockers.
