Abstract

Research has been carried out on the selection and cultivation of some plant species from the genus Thymus L., and as a result, the possibility of cultivation and introduction has been established. After planting the seeds, the selected thyme species Thymus dahuricus L., Th. vulgaris L. in the second year have a survival rate of 85-90 percent, The bud swelling occurs at the end of April, the leaves form from May 10 to 15 and the growth process continues from the middle June to 20th August. Flowering begins from 15 to 25 June and continues until 5-20th July, and in the first year the seed ripening process did not take place. The growing season lasts 159-160 days. When assessing the survival rate of seedlings of Thymus dahuricus L., Th. vulgaris L., the species scored 55-60 points.
