Abstract
National Park «Sebezhsky» is located in the southwest of the Pskov region. Flora of the National park includes 934 species of vascular plants. 55 species are protected in the Pskov region, of which 5 species are listed in the Red Book of the Russian Federation. Registration of the number of rare and protected species in the territory of the national park began in 2010, and now monitoring of protected species is one of the tasks of the planned topic of the scientific department.Of the federally protected species, the most numerous are Liparis loeselii, Aldrovanda vesiculosa and Isoetes lacustris. Dactylorhiza traunsteineri is known from two bogs. Najas flexilis was found in 2015 in one lake; the species was not found in 2023. Of the 55 protected species, 5 species growing in dry pine forests have the largest number of locations and the largest numbers in the national park: Peucedanum oreoselinum, Dianthus arenarius, Gypsophila fastigiata, Astragalus arenarius and Pulsatilla patens. In total, during the observation period in the national park, 16 protected species increased their numbers, 19 species have a stable number, 9 species decreased their numbers, 9 species disappeared and 2 species were found for the first time only in 2022. The disappearance of species is associated with changes in biotopes.
