ТИПОЛОГИЯ ИНСТИТУЦИОНАЛЬНЫХ МЕХАНИЗМОВ В ЭКОНОМИКЕ, ОСНОВАННОЙ НА ЗНАНИЯХ
УДК 330.101.22
Аннотация
В данной статье предпринята попытка провести теоретический анализ институтов экономики, основанной на знаниях, и, в частности, выделить типологию институциональных механизмов, являющихся важнейшими элементами трансформационных процессов. С этой целью рассматриваются такие модели институциональных механизмов, как вариационная модель, а также интегративная модель. В качестве их примера рассматриваются институциональные модели интеграции образования, науки и инновационного бизнеса, а также институциональная модель международных стратегических альянсов. Исследуются функциональные свойства данных моделей в институциональных средах экономики, основанной на знаниях, с разными уровнями технологического развития. Выделяются особенности построения данных моделей с учетом разного уровня развития институтов, институциональных связей и, соответственно, формирование разных стимулов для агентов экономики, основанной на знаниях, ключевыми задачами которых является генерация передовых технологий в условиях стабильного и устойчивого институционального механизма производства инновационной продукции с высокой добавленной стоимостью.
