Organization of the ecological trail with the participation of rare and endangered plant species (Novosibirsk)

Abstract
Biological stages of the formation of the ecological trail "Priobskii Bor" (Novosibirsk) are considered. In 2022, a preparatory stage was carried out – the species composition of the introduced species was determined based on the phytocenotic method of introduction and assessment of the adaptation of introduced species in the collection "Rare and Endangered Plants of Siberia" of the CSBS SB RAS. The first stage (2022–2023) included the planting of introduced plants and the assessment of survival. The second stage (from 2023 to the present) is monitoring plant growth and reproduction. From 2022 to 2025 years, 27 (77 %) of the 35 species were preserved. Acclimatization can be positively assessed for 14 species in the third year. Further observations should be made for 13 species. Two species of plants did not take root, and five more gradually disappeared. The results of monitoring and assessment of the adaptation of introduced plants with minor agrotechnical measures for the maintenance of ecological trail make it possible to predict the success of restoring natural populations of rare and endangered plant species.
