Abstract

The article presents the results of the study of Asparagus burjaticus Peschkova for the presence of alkaloids and changes in their content in aboveground and underground organs depending on the vegetation phase in the conditions of Buryatia. During the entire vegetation period, there is a constant change in the accumulation of the sum of alkaloids. For example, at the beginning of the vegetation period, there are 0.26 % alkaloids in the rhizomes, 0.10 % in the roots, 0.19 % in the stems during the budding period, 0.24 % in the cladodes (leaves), and 0.39 % in the buds. At the end of the vegetation period in the seeding phase 0.19 %, 0.07 %, 0.12 %, 0.12 %, 0.21 %, respectively. The lowest content of alkaloids can be seen in the rhizomes during budding (0.11 %), in the roots and stems during seeding (0.07 % and 0.12 %, respectively), in the cladodes and generative organs during fruiting (0.08 % and 0.06 %, respectively). The highest content of alkaloids is observed in rhizomes at the beginning of the growing season (0.26 %), in roots during fruit ripening and fruiting (0.22 %), in stems and cladodes during fruit formation (0.32 % and 0.28 %, respectively), in generative organs during the budding period (0.39 %). The dynamics of alkaloid content in stems and cladodes of Asparagus burjaticus are similar, as one maximum is observed. The dynamics of alkaloid content in rhizomes and fruits are also close: three maximum and two minimum values.
