Аннотация

This work represents three-year results of morphological analysis of the plants, grown in culture. In dependence on the monocarpic sprout lifetime, plants of 14 species genus Primula L. are divided into two groups: with two-year and three-year cycle of sprout growth. Characteristics of sprout morphogenesis are given for each group, including the scheme of the process of organogenesis, depending on the weather conditions of the year. For P. Pallasii differentiation of vegetative cone of the top sprout bud of the fist order of didiplic plants begins in 2-2,5 months af the planting, thre ediplic-in 13-14 months. In favorable regime early in spring (April - beginning of May), the transition of the top bud vegetative cone of the second order to that of the third one, and the following stages of organogenesis take place during the second decade of May (1988), and in years typical for the zone (1987, 1990) - in the first decade of June. Simultaneously with the development of sprout vegetative cone of the second order, buds of the third-sixth or the appear at the end of vegetation up to the seventh stage of organogenesis. They reach the second-seventh stages at the end of vegetation. The cycle of development of monocarpic sprout (XII stage) is completed at the end of June - at the biginning of July.

As for forest species Primula L., branching inside the bud is carried out up to the 2-nd oder,and for the Alp species - up to the 3-5-th order.
