Abstract

Septoriosis is one of the important wheat diseases, which leads to significant yield losses. More than twenty loci of resistance to Zymoseptoria tritici (Desm.) Quaedvlieg & Crous have been described in literature. This fungus is related to most harmful causative agents of septoriosis. Using SSR markers, we identified hybrids with Stb2 and Stb9 genes. These hybrids are interesting for further breeding of septoriosis resistant cultivars of wheat.
