IDENTIFICATION AND ASSESSMENT OF RISKS IN THE CONDITIONS OF INTERACTION OF FACTORS OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE REGION
Abstract
Growth of social and economic development of the region as organizational system in the conditions of variability and uncertainty of the external environment concealing in itself threats and risks it is possible on condition of maintenance of the concept of strategic approach in management. Realization of purposes and development of effective measures of growth of reproduction of the public benefits, increases in living standards of the population and formation of deficit-free budget, assume application of scientific approach to use of resource capacity of the region. The methodical approach to identification and assessment of risks of social and economic development based on the principle of thebalanced combination of resources and branch features of the region is presented in article.Downloads
