ON THE ISSUE OF FOOD SECURITY
Abstract
The author analyzes in the article the possibilities of monitoring food security according to official statistics. Extension blocks for assessing food security in the Russian Federation are proposed: firstly, through a visual system of quarterly monitoring of compliance with threshold values, secondly, because of the need of monitoring food quality.Downloads
