DEVELOPMENT OF A COMPETENCE MODEL OF ORGANIZATION PERSONNEL IN THE CONTEXT OF FORMING KNOWLEDGE ECONOMY
Abstract
The article contains the results of an analysis of the problem of the formation of personnel competencies that are adequate to a modern understanding of the essence of the knowledge economy. The article outlines the main components of the knowledge economy, where the author considers the knowledge as a basis for the formation and stimulation of growth of "key" competencies for organizing. The features of the use of the competency-based approach in staff development are studied. The author has developed and analyzed a list of the most relevant competencies required by a modern manager. And also presents a model of competencies taking into account the characteristics of the knowledge economy. The significance of developing a competency model is substantiated and conclusions are drawn on the effectiveness of the proposed methodology as an innovative development tool for the organization of staff competencies and ensuring its competitive advantages on an intangible basis.
