HUMAN CAPITAL OF PRE-RETIREMENT AGE EMPLOYEES AS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FACTOR OF THE REGION
Abstract
The article focuses on pre-retirement age employee assessment as a resource for the development of regional economy. The concept content included into its subject area is clarified. Besides, characteristic features of human capital for different age periods are identified, its development stages are revealed. The structural pattern for human capital of pre-retirement age employees was suggested. Human capital development of preretirement people is regarded as an urgent contemporary problem which demands revealing its characteristic features and influencing factors taking into account the regional characteristics.
