ADAPTING TO NEW CONDITIONS: ANALYZING THE ROLE OF THE BUDGET OF THE REPUBLIC OF BASHKORTOSTAN IN ITS SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
УДК 332.14: 336.14
Abstract
The Russian Federation and the Republic of Bashkortostan face various challenges that affect their regional economies and social spheres, including Western sanctions, geopolitical instability, supply chain disruptions, and labor shortages. The success of regional development depends on the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, including innovations in budget and tax legislation. The regional budget is a critical document in planning for development, but forecasting its parameters has become increasingly complex in the current uncertain environment. This article analyzes the budget policy of the Republic of Bashkortostan for 2023 and the planned period of 2024-2025, including the revenue and expenditure structure, and examines the potential threats to achieving the forecasted social economic development parameters.
