IMPROVING THE COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT IN THE MARKET OF TEXTILE PRODUCTS FROM INDUSTRIAL HEMP: STATUS AND PROSPECTS

Abstract
Today, the light industry plays a major role in the country's economy and has more than 20 different types of manufacturing used for key government purposes. The results of the technical hemp market research are obtained from October 2022 to January 2023. Both desk and field research (collection of secondary and primary information) were conducted. This paper presents some characteristics of the light industrial market for technical hemp products (textile, leather, fur, footwear group, apparel group, innovation), major trends in the as the as main trends in the development competition in this market. The analysis was conducted by the main groups of factors affecting the level of competition in the industry and opportunities to run a successful business here: the situation with in the industry among existing players; the influence of newcomers, substitute products, buyers and suppliers on the development of this marker. The study was conducted in two stages. In the first stage, the market situation was studied and the factors determining the competition in the technical hemp textile products market were identified. At the second stage, the impact of these factors was assessed, taking into account the degree of their importance. The analysis was based on the information obtained during the survey of experts. The results of the analysis made it possible to formulate conclusions regarding market opportunities, level of competition and demand development.
