OPTIMIZING OVERHAUL OF THE MULTI-APARTMENT FUND IN THE ALTAI TERRITORY: ANALYSIS AND PROPOSALS
УДК 336.717.3
Abstract
The article examines the multi-apartment fund in the Altai Territory, focusing on its quantitative and qualitative characteristics and territorial distribution. The predominance of the urban multi-apartment fund is noted, and changes in its structure are discussed due to the exclusion of block buildings from statistical data collection by Rosstat. The authors also identify challenges in accumulating financial resources for the overhaul of low-rise apartment buildings using the current funding method. The article reviews the practice of overhauling the multi-apartment fund in the region and identifies the main works required. The authors propose solutions to the challenges of the overhaul process in the Altai Territory, including addressing funding shortages, improving the information base on the state of apartment buildings, and optimizing the quality of the overhaul process.
