INTEGRATIONAL PROBLEMS OF EURASIAN ETHNOCULTURES IN RELATION TO THE PROSPECTS FOR OVERALL DIGITAL IDENTIFICATION

Abstract

Eurasian ethnocultural integration today is one of the most important processes aimed at consolidating the states of the post-Soviet space in order to create conditions for the independent and competitive economic, social and cultural development regarding each of these states. Concerning this process, there is a number of problems associated with various spheres of society, and today those related to the control and supervision of the state or individual mediators over the actions of individuals in the online space are becoming more and more acute. One of the most discussed and controversial issues in this regard is the prospect of universal digital identification of the inhabitants of the Eurasian space. The article provides various points of view regarding the aforementioned problem, and also analyzes the experience of states that are already using digital identification technologies for their citizens.
