THE PROBLEM OF RUSSIAN IDENTITY FORMATION IN THE LIGHT OF MIKHAIL BAKHTIN'S DIALOGIC PHILOSOPHY

Abstract

The problem of forming and strengthening the Russian identity is of urgent importance in the context of national security, strengthening Russia's position in the world and solving problems of internal development, including ensuring national unity on the basis of preserving ethnic and cultural diversity. This problem is multidimensional. Today, one of the most actively discussed is the theoretical and methodological aspect, which implies understanding the phenomenon of Russian identity in the light of original philosophical ideas. The purpose of the research is to clarify the phenomenon of Russian identity in the light of the ideas of M.M. Bakhtin's Dialogic philosophy. The work is based on a discourse analysis of research on Russian identity and Bakhtin's work. The logic of the analysis is based on religious-philosophical and philosophical-cultural approaches. The results of the research revealed the connection of the identity problem with Bakhtin's Dialogic philosophy due to its proximity to Russian religious philosophy, which is centered on a single personality in its uniqueness and universality. In this regard, the formation of Russian identity in the light of Mikhail Bakhtin's Dialogic philosophy is presented as an interdisciplinary problem focused on an active person who creates national spiritual culture.
