HUMAN CAPITAL AND ITS COMPONENTS

Abstract

In the process of development of society, a special role has always been assigned to the study of man as a resource for his development. The purpose of this article is to generalize the approaches to the formation of «human capital» and to study its impact on the socio-economic development of the state. Currently in science there is no common understanding of the components, the structure of «human capital», as well as a common definition. Based on the study and analysis of the approaches of various scientific fields to the concept of «human capital», its elements show that this is a complex phenomenon due to the versatility of an individual as the basis of his/her construction, acting as a carrier, reformer and modernizer. The structure and elements of «human capital» depend on the person him(her)self and the elements of social life that surround him/her and influence the formation and development of skills that create an idea of various areas of the world and society.
