DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGIES FOR PEACEFUL CONFLICT RESOLUTION AS A CONDITION FOR THE SUCCESSFUL INTEGRATION OF SOCIAL SUBJECTS IN THE ETHNO-CULTURAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE LOCAL SOCIUM

Abstract

The article considers the use of technologies for peaceful conflict resolution in society as a prerequisite for the integration of social subjects in its ethno-cultural environment. The author analyzes existing technologies for peaceful conflict resolution, examines the mechanisms for maintaining peace in local multi-ethnic communities, the need to create regional peacekeeping services and centers for mediation in conflicts, as well as the procedure for early conflict prevention in the interaction of conflict analysts with authorities, local self-government, etc. Applied problems of development of technologies for peaceful settlement and resolution of conflicts, strategies for conflict resolution are analyzed. The conclusion is made about the need for early warning and conflict resolution in local societies of the region. The paper also identifies the best practices of technologies for peaceful conflict resolution (direct negotiations of the parties, negotiations, mediation, consultation). Examples of very effective cooperation of organizations in managing social conflicts in local society are given. The social significance of integration of social subjects in the ethno-cultural environment of the local society is emphasized.
