QUALITY OF PUBLIC SERVICES FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN WITH MENTAL DISABIITIES (THE EXAMPLE OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES IN THE CITY OF BARNAUL)

Abstract

There is the study of the quality of services provided to families raising children with mental disabilities in the field of education in the city of Barnaul. The results of the survey, conducted by the authors about the opinions of the legal representatives of children with mental disabilities living in the city of Barnaul are presented in the article. The authors conclude that the modern system of providing educational services to families raising children with mental disorders in the region requires further improvement.
