THE PROBLEM OF SOCIO-CULTURAL INTEGRATION IN POSTMODERN CONDITIONS

Abstract

Modern society has recently embarked on the path of postmodernism, which has led to a number of changes in the public consciousness. One of the consequences of the changes is the unification of the vast majority of cultures under the auspices of the developed countries of the West. Postmodernity has also affected the personality of a person. Modern society is interested in the one-dimensionalization of the general cultural space of a person, starting from values and ending with thinking. Thus, society appears to us in the face of a single mass, which is not capable of making any independent decision. Under the threat of «enslavement» to single standards is a person. Every day the situation is getting worse and it is necessary to apply coercive measures. Only the idealization of society can strengthen values and preserve cultural identity.
