Abstract

Identification is an indisputable condition for the formation and functioning of the individual as a social being. The essence of the identification process lies in the manifestation of oneself in the society with the whole existing structural and content organization, where the most significant is the "subjective representation" of the individual in that action. The comparison and identification with a certain group is a peculiar guarantee of successful life, implementation and development of an individual, which automatically implies the individual's acceptance of goals, objectives, values, norms of behavior and relations of this society. In this way, the individual's subjective position as part of the whole is formed, which entails following certain structures, forms, and contents of activities reflecting this collective integrity. The absence of this reference point is fraught with personal and social imbalance, subsequently forming crisis phenomena of all kinds of levels in various spheres of public life.
