Abstract
The integration process is one of the directions of the migration policy of the state. The article is devoted to the consideration of the integration policy of migrants. The main theoretical provisions, a comparative analysis of the integration policy of the Russian Federation and Germany, as the most successfully implementing the policy of including migrants in a foreign cultural environment, are presented.
