: Nowadays migration is being transformed, the attitude towards labor migrants is changing for the better. New trends are emerging in the migration field. The situation and working conditions of migrant workers in Russia cannot be considered in isolation from the general situation of workers – citizens of Russia. At the moment, it is necessary to advocate not so much for expanding the list of rights and guarantees for migrant workers, but, first of all, to combat unsatisfactory working conditions.
