DIGITAL COMPETENCE OF THE YOUTH OF SIBERIAN REGIONS: MAIN CHARACTERISTICS AND DETERMINANTS

Abstract

The significance of the work lies in the need to investigate the readiness of young people to digitalize society, to identify the level of digital competence of the youth of the Siberian Federal District. Based on the results of a survey on professional orientations and life self-determination of young people in the regions of the Siberian Federal District, there is a lack of a high level of digital competence of young people. This trend may reflect both the dysfunctions of online education and the destructive manifestations of the digitalization of Russian society.
