SMART AWARENESS OF ALTAI KRAI RESIDENTS AS A PREDICTOR OF DIGITAL INCLUSION

Abstract

Digitalization and smartization of the life processes of society determines the relevance of considering the problem of digital inclusion, which manifests itself in various gradations of integration with information technology procedures that support the vital activity of society. Smart awareness is recognized as one of such information technology gradations of integration. The article presents the results of a survey aimed at identifying the level of Smart awareness of residents of the Altai krai. The survey results showed that the knowledge of the population about the existence of territorial «smart» technologies does not transformed into the need to use these technologies in everyday life.
