MORALITY AS A SIGNIFICANT DIRECTION IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF MODERN SCIENCE, EDUCATION, LEGISLATION AND PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Abstract

The article, based on the application of the problem-oriented and systemic approaches, considers the significant problems of the deterioration of the state of the morality of the modern Russian society, starting from 1997. The purpose of the study is to determine the level of the disclosure of the concepts of the «human morality», «public morality», «morality of the state» in the modern science, education, legislation, public administration, the judiciary, and formulate on this basis the significant prospects for the development of this issue. The author draws attention to the arguments of the foreign researchers who emphasize the lack of the unity of the value orientations of the different cultures, and comes to a significant conclusion that it is necessary to deepen the scientific and theoretical approaches, move from the initial stage of the discussions to the results of the significant intellectual work, use an interdisciplinary approach at the intersection of the philosophy, jurisprudence, sociology, economics, psychology and a number of the other sciences.
