INTERETHNIC DIALOGUE AS A TECHNOLOGY OF FORMATION COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE

Abstract

This article discusses the dialogue and its requirements. It is understood that there are both general rules for dialogue, and specific requirements for dialogue communication between national groups, ethnic communities, etc. Proper dialogue contributes to the harmonization of relations between ethnic groups and, at the same time, forms the communicative competence necessary for integration in the ethnic-cultural sphere.
