Abstract
The article considers the features of the Chinese-Russian musical and cultural exchange in Heilongjiang province in the context of the One Belt, One Road initiative. Strengthening diplomatic relations, expanding and deepening political and economic contacts between China and Russia, promotes cultural exchange between countries, including in the field of music.
