THE ROLE OF NATIONAL-CULTURAL PUBLIC ASSOCIATIONS IN THE INTEGRATION OF THE EURASIAN PEOPLES

Abstract

The article discusses the specifics, topical issues of integration processes and possible directions and technologies for their optimization in the conditions of the multi-ethnic community of the Perm Territory. Current trends in positive interaction between the countries of the Eurasian Community actualize the practical experience of the socio-cultural integration of the Eurasian peoples both in the Russian Federation as a whole and in its individual regions. The relevance of the problem stated for research in the article is manifested in the substantiation of the significance of the concept of "Eurasianism" and it at the present stage. In the theoretical aspect, the approaches to its interpretation in the scientific literature served as the basis for substantiating the substantive aspects of this concept. This fact led to the study of trends and directions of empirical material and practical experience of adaptation processes, the concretization and adjustment of their meaningful assessment. In this context, the emphasis is on substantiating the role of social institutions, mechanisms, tools and technologies of interaction that contribute to adaptation processes and their effectiveness. At the same time, the existing problems of socio-cultural adaptation of the Eurasian peoples in the conditions of the region were identified and ways to solve them were proposed.
