PROFESSIONAL SELF-REALIZATION OF YOUTH

Abstract

Currently, interest in the problem of self-realization of anindividual has increased dramatically. This is due to the fact that every year the competition at the professional labor market increases. A developing society needs educated independent decision-makers, mobile andconstructive workers. But the preparation of such a competitive at labor market, professional worker largely depends on the socialization and self-determination of young people. The key problems of professional self-42realization of youth are analyzed and highlighted. Some recommendationshave been developed to help in the right choice of profession.
