YOUTH AS AN OBJECT OF SOCIALIZATION OF MODERN SOCIETY

Abstract

The article discusses structural shifts in the economy that have had a significant impact on youth employment and led to significant changes in all areas of society. According to the studies of many scientists, a special type of socialization is gaining ground in modern society, when a sharp differentiation of socialization factors disappears, giving way to integration processes and a high degree of their interchangeability. This is mainly due to the growth of the specifics of social relations, which are based not only on socio-psychological, but also, to a large extent, economic factors. At eachstage of historical development, the specifics of social relations dictate certain goals and directions for the development of the behavioral model of the young generation.
