FACTORS OF CULTURAL-HISTORICAL IDENTITY IN ENSURING INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION ORGANIZATIONS IN THE REGIONS OF CENTRAL ASIA AND GREAT ALTAI

Abstract

The author of the work updates the use of mechanisms of cultural and historical identity in ensuring international cooperation with higher education organizations in Central Asian countries and cross-border regions of the Greater Altai. The thesis is put forward about the demand for cooperation between higher schools in the context of interregional integration of the countries of Central Asia and Greater Altai. The factors of cultural and historical identity that contribute to the development of cooperation at the interuniversity level are highlighted - this is the historical memory of the Great Patriotic War, the educational mission of regional universities during their formation, movements of university enthusiasm, reflecting the vectors of development of the USSR and other socialist countries. It is concluded that it is necessary to carry out work to create and develop stand sites for cultural and historical identity on the basis of partner universities, incl. on the basis of grant support from interested public and government structures of the countries of the designated regional space.
