ORGANIZATION OF SOCIAL SERVICES TO THE POPULATION IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN

Abstract

The process of organizing social services to the population in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan is regulated by current regulatory and legal documents. The basis for social services for citizens was and continues to be a difficult life situation. Since 2013, in the Russian Federation, with the change of key tasks and principles of social services aimed at prevention and avoidance of "difficult life situations", the law emphasizes the prevention of citizens' need for social services. Increasing importance is given to increasing the efficiency of state support for socially oriented non-profit organizations, and more. In the Republic of Tajikistan, the National Association of Schools of Social Work has been created, research is being conducted in the field of social protection of certain categories of citizens, and master's educational programs in the direction of "Social Work" have been developed and implemented.
