THE RELEVANCE OF CONCEPTUALIZING THE SOCIO-HISTORICAL MEMORY AND INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION OF MONGOLIA AND RUSSIA AS A CONDITION FOR THEIR STABILITY AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of preserving historical heritage, the essence of world globalization and the relevance of intercultural communication for national identification about the role of the language and culture of ethnic peoples in the development of intercivilizational relations. The author puts forward the statement of the problem, the fundamental task of analyzing the features of socio-historical memory, intercultural communication in Russia and Mongolia, modeling on this basis the sociogenetic foundations of both civilizations with their subsequent comparison.
