SOCIAL ADAPTATION OF YOUNG PROFESSIONALS

Abstract
Professional adaptation is the "acquisition and improvement of professional abilities based on acquiring knowledge and skills, forming necessary personal qualities inherent in the profession, and attitude towards work performed". The problems of social adaptation of a young specialist in an organization arise long before employment, when a graduate determines his future specialization. The author of the work justifies the program of adaptation of young specialists. Referring to the process of adapting a young specialist in an organization, the author focuses on the development of a program of adaptation for young specialists. The practice of considering adaptation consists in the possibility of using the developed program of adaptation for young specialists by personnel services of various organizations. The work presents the results of a sociological study on the effectiveness of implementing the adaptation of young specialists in the company.
