THE INDEPENDENT QUALITY EVALUATION OF ACTIVITIES OF SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCIES: ORGANIZATION AND CONTENT ISSUES (RESULTS OF THE STUDY IN THE ALTAI REGION I№ 2016)

Abstract
In the article the organizational and substantive coverage of the independent quality evaluation of activities of social service agencies in the Altai region in 2016 is analyzed. The groups of indicators such as accessibility and transparency of information about agency; comfort and accessibility of obtaining social services; waiting time for obtaining social service; benevolence, politeness and competence of agency personnel; satisfaction of quality of social services, are described. The milestones for the study of quality of social services are highlighted. Tools for gathering information are described. On the basis of study results the main problems of the organization and provision of social services are identified. Rating of social service agencies are formed on the base of integrative evaluation. The main directions of improvement of procedure of the independent quality evaluation are described.
