METAPHYSICS OF CORRUPTION

Abstract

The article is focused on the study of social origins and reproductive mechanisms of corruption in any society, including the Russian one. The authors describe the existing approaches to corruption, highlight their essential differences. The article includes an analysis of the relationship between corruption and the resulting uncertainty and risk leading to the anomie of society. The authors conclude that it is impossible to completely eliminate corruption in the context of its objective and self-reproducing basis in a crisis Russian society. The conditions and factors minimizing corruption are presented on the basis of an analysis of successful global practices for the regulation of corruption. Anti-corruption policy should be based on an integrated and systematic approach, include not only comprehensive control and punishment of criminals, but preventive measures as well.
