CROSS-CULTURAL ASPECTS OF TRAINING OF STUDENTS FOR THE SYSTEM OF ADDITIONAL EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AT THE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

Abstract
The article discusses the relevance of the phenomenon of cross-cultural competence in a wide range of practical human activities in the modern educational space. The problem of cross-cultural communications in society is indicated. Analyzed the work of researchers in the field of cross-cultural (intercultural) communication. The concepts of «cross-cultural communication» and «cross-cultural competence» are given, their main structural components and features are highlighted. The basic approaches to the design of the main educational program of the magistracy in the direction 44.04.01 are revealed. Pedagogical education. «Management of the system of additional education of children»: systemic, competence, and cultural studies. A cross-cultural component of academic disciplines within the framework of master's training is presented: «Development of child and adolescent subcultures», «Basics of social management». The attention is focused on the pedagogical activity on building cross-cultural communication with the participants of the educational process in the system of additional education of children.
