PROFESSIONAL UPGRADE OF THE MODERN SCHOOL TEACHER

Abstract
The article deals with the modern conditions of increasing the level of professional competence of teachers in accordance with the objectives of the state policy in the field of education. The analysis showed that the provision of assistance to improve the quality of education is possible by creating a specially organized educational and methodical space. The paper uses the data of the school identification procedure, which allowed to identify schools with a low index of social well-being of the school and with low learning outcomes. The results of testing to determine the level of professional deficits of teachers. Based on the results of the study conducted among teachers of educational institutions of the Altai territory, four models of professional development of teachers are presented. Models of professional development, aimed at stimulating the professional growth of teachers, providing targeted methodological assistance, involves the interaction of teachers, tutor support.
