Abstract

This article describes the features of Chinese science fiction as a genre in the novel “The Three-Body Problem” in the context of multicultural space, where the representation of multicultural space is one of the most important elements of understanding the environment. In connection with this aspect, in the novel “The Three-Body Problem” by means of multicultural space it is possible to understand the process of formation of the genre of science fiction. In this novel, author raises many problems of both social, environmental and progress, the invasion of other civilizations, attitudes, moral principles and foundations of the past, while ridiculing some no longer relevant examples of behavior. In the study material under science fiction refers to the plot, which revolves around some let fantastic, but still scientific ideas.
