Abstract

In the period 2019-2024, research was conducted to study rhizosphere microorganisms of cultivated and wild plants. In the course of research, a collection of 50 isolates with biotechnologically valuable properties was formed: ability to solubilize inorganic phosphates, synthesis of indolylacetic acid, antifungal activity and stimulating effect on tomato seeds. Species identification of isolates revealed the dominance of representatives of the genus Enterobacter, also representatives of the genera Klebsiella, Mixta, Pseudomonas, Bacillus, Paenibacillus were detected.
