Abstract
The aim of the work was to assess the content of hormones: indolylacetic acid (IAA), cytokinins (zeatin, zeatin riboside and zeatin nucleotide) and abscisic acid (ABA) in Larix sibirica cell lines of different duration of in vitro cultivation. Explants (immature zygotic embryos) obtained from free and controlled pollination of the donor tree of Siberian larch A4 were introduced into in vitro culture on AI nutrient medium (patent 2456344; https://www.freepatent.ru/patents/2456344).
