Abstract
This article is devoted to the study of biological effects of plant components. The objects of the study are coniferous extracts of Siberian fir (Abies Sibirica), isolated from its wood greenery and needles by the method of supercritical fluid CO2 extraction. The studies of antiradical activity by means of the free radical DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-pylcrylhydrazyl), the effect of samples on the secretion of proinflammatory cytokines by the method of enzyme immunoassay for the parameters TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10, the viability of mononuclear cells using the resazurin test were carried out.
